The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program is now available to those who qualify. All students in Franklin Parish public schools may apply for the program, due to the district’s participation in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) lunch program. Through the EBB, households may receive assistance for cost of monthly home internet access, as well as, purchase of a laptop or tablet.
